Recently we have
been asked why we don't have a FAQ page on this site?
our immediate answer was that we are always more than happy to answer
individual emails from visitors to our sites...but after giving the
matter some thought, we realized that it is probably a good idea to
answer some of the questions and concerns that you sometimes ask before
venturing into spell-work with us. So here goes! These are genuine
questions and answers from previous enquiries...
We will
extend this page as and when more questions are asked...please feel free

You
ask......
I am a
church goer and I am uncertain how this fits in with spell casting?
Hi! I am
also a great respecter of all religion, as is Crystal, but I feel that
if done with respect for the people involved and without causing harm to
anyone, using the natural energies that have been given to us can not be
a bad thing! I would not do anything that went against the creed of
another, or indeed against my own moral beliefs.
Can a
spell go wrong and harm the person who sent it or the person its worked
for?
No! this
is impossible if the spell-caster knows what they are doing, and casts
the spell with the correct intention. Part of any spell should be a
protection for all involved! We always send out 'Absent Healing'
to all our clients during the work too.
Is it
possible to know before hand exactly what the result of a spell will be?
Well,
spells tend to work in the way of least resistance, like water, they
will find the shortest distance between two points, a spell will find
the easiest & most efficient way to work... this means that we do not
always know precisely how the spell will work...only what the end
result should be!
I have
had a lot of spells done by spell-casters on different sites, some of
this work is still ongoing. Is it ok to book a spell with you to help it
along Lily?
It is
never a good idea to have a lot of spells cast by different
people...they may well conflict. If this is the case I will need to ask
you to tell me exactly what you already have going on...who is doing the
work for you and what the spells are? If I am not comfortable with this
once I have investigated it, I may ask you to leave the situation as it
is for now, and get back to me in a few months time when the other work
you are having done is completed. Too much spell-work at once can
actually be anti-productive!
I am
however able to tell you if in fact work that you believe is ongoing by
another spell-caster, is actually being done for you! and I
suggest that you investigate the page 'HAS
MY SPELL BEEN CAST?' before you think about more spell-work
being done, as it is a sad fact, that many of the sites that offer this
sort of work simply take your money and do nothing...this I can
sometimes investigate for you!
I am also
having spell-work done by another witch who I know is someone that you
are quite friendly with Lily, You seem to be very similar to each other
in your ethics and your attitude to your work, and so I would like you
to work together on a spell for me as I feel that this will make the
work much stronger!
While I
do understand your reason for requesting this, I am sorry but I have to
say no to you! We (Crystal and I) always work alone, and I think that
you will find that the other person you spoke about will tell you the
same thing. You are correct in that I like and respect this person and
her work, as I am sure that she does me too, but I do not feel inspired
to work in tandem with anyone else at this time.
Why do
you say its not possible to guarantee that a spell that you cast will
work? surely if you have cast it right it should always work?
No that
is not so! parts of our lives are meant to go in certain directions, and
if it is not our karma to have what we want, then it simply wont work!
if this is the case then we usually realize before too long why this has
happened, I have had clients who, a few weeks after a spell has not
worked as they wanted it to, have written back to me saying "Thank
goodness the love spell didn't work Lily! I have since found out that he
is not someone I want to be with" or "I have just met another man who is
wonderful! I am so glad that the spell made me realize that 'X' was not
really for me!
Do you
offer money back if a spell doesn't work?
We do offer this of course, and there is never a guarantee
with any kind with spell-work as we state throughout my sites, as a
spell has a casting time of approx three lunar months...and we ask
that you allow the full time to elapse before deciding that the
spell has indeed not worked! some spells do take longer than others
to work out depending on circumstances, but we will be always in
touch with you throughout the work and will address any worries that
you may have. see our

If a client asks for a refund, then we will make a
full refund. The client needs to understand that at that point the
work that has been done to date has to be 'undone' as it is not
possible to leave spell-work without completion. Therefore at that
point, there will be no chance of the situation that the client has
asked us to work on for them being resolved. We suggest that you
discuss this with us first. There is always the possibility that
your spell simply needs a longer time to work out, so please be
aware that claiming a refund will nullify the spell and the
situation surrounding it. This may not be to your advantage, and it
is often better to wait for up to six months before claiming.
If you buy something that does not work, then you have to
hand it back to the shop for a refund.. With spells, the same
applies. the spell that was cast has to be 'handed back' so to
speak, and, once a spell is rejected it has to be 'unmade' by
us...and may involve a short 'clearing and ending' ceremony by us.
Usually we offer the option of a a free reading or free spell
instead which is usually more to the clients advantage...but in the
end it is completely your decision to claim a refund or not.
The best way is to be sure of this before ordering. I
would not take on work anyway if the client was at all unsure. I am
afraid there is always a risk of failure, and that needs to be
accepted in spell-work. If I think that this is the case then I will
decline the order.
How long
does a spell take to work?
Some will
work almost immediately, others take up to a month/three months to work
out, or even longer in some cases...and it is sometimes not possible to
hurry them up...as I said earlier, they work in the best way possible
for the good of all!
How much
contact can I expect to have with you during the month of the spell
work? will you answer my emails?
Yes, we
answer all email, usually within four days or sooner if possible.
I give a lot of back-up with all my spells and will honestly do my very
best for you during the time that I am working on your behalf. If for
any reason I am going to be unavailable for longer than four days, you
will get an answer from Crystal or our assistant Tony who will tell you
when I shall be back to answer you. I am never available personally to
answer email over the week-ends as this is when I do most of my
spell-work. I catch up with all emails on Monday Tuesday am. I am not
generally available by phone, as I simply would not have time to do any
work if I was!
Supposing
I wanted a spell that is not on the list that you offer?
We can
create a 'bespoke' spell for your precise needs, but all our spells are
variable and are cast in a very specific way for the person involved.
Please email us about this.
If I have
you do work for me, will you need more payments as the spell-work goes
on? I have had a bad experience like this in the past!
No! most
certainly not! You pay a one-off fee for my work the price of which is
clearly shown on the sites. We never ask for more money after
that for the same spell! If after that you decide to book a new spell, I
suggest you firstly discuss it with us as it may not be
necessary.
I have
been ripped off by spell casters on the web before! they take your money
then never answer your emails! why should I trust you Lily?
Number 1.
I am not asking you to trust me! It is up to you having read all the
information on this site whether you do trust me or not, I do not need
to convince you! Number 2. I am a genuine practicing Wiccan of many
years, as is Crystal. Our beliefs would not allow us to do this! In fact
if we feel that you have no trust in us, then we will most likely refuse
the work that you wish us to do! I have done this many times over the
years, and only take on work for clients that I feel 'comfortable' with.
I can not work without your trust.
I ask
only that you read through the info on my site, including the feedback
which you will realize is genuine, and then if you still feel unsure of
us, better to look elsewhere for your help. We only take on work that we
feel compatible with. I do not respond to emails that start with "I have
been ripped off before on the web so you need to convince me why I
should buy a spell from you!" I have many satisfied clients who return
again and again, I do not need to work with people who are rude to me,
nor do I need to convince anyone of anything..
I sent
you 2 emails last week telling you that I want a spell casting asap, but
cant afford it right now. You say you do free spells, why haven't you
emailed me back to do the spell? or is it just what you say to make
yourself look good!
We
reserve the right to ignore emails like yours that are rude, or
demand work to be done free! I do indeed do much free work but not
for people who 'demand' that I do so! There is also certain work that I
will not accept, and as the work you requested was for me to take
someone away from a happy and stable relationship! I would not accept
this sort of work in any circumstances! I suggest you look more
closely at your own motives for wanting this. I have with this email
sent you remote absent healing.
If I book
you to cast spells for me, can I speak to you on the phone about it
Lily? I do not see a phone number on your site....
I am
sorry, I do not communicate by phone at all with my clients! only
by email or by letter (snail mail) I did do so when I began working on
the internet, but I was constantly on the phone, and often wakened up in
the middle of the night by clients who were feeling sad and 'unable to
sleep'! Imagine if you have 20 clients at one time (which I generally
do!) who are phoning you almost everyday to chat to you about their
spell-work! It got to the point that I had no time to do anything else!
so now my rule is 'email or letter'...I am sure that if you think about
this you will understand why. If there is a real problem then
Crystal is the one for you to speak to. her number is 01542-839221. We
put our clients on trust not to abuse this facility.
When the
spell-work is finished after the month or whatever is up, do you have a
cut-off-point where you no longer reply to emails unless more work is
paid for?
Recently
I have had to institute one although it goes against the grain with me!
In the past I answered all email from past clients and often cast little
'mini' spells for them long after the three months after the work
has been completed! I probably should have had a cut-off-point,
but I never seemed to manage it! It is very easy to become 'friends'
with some clients of long standing, who often just need a word or two of
advice at times...I do not consider that this needs to be paid for.
However these days I am so busy that I have to set a time limit, which
is usually three months unless the spell is set for a longer time.
Do you
answer all emails Lily?
I answer
all that are relevant to the work and needing an answer, I have
had clients who email me every day just to update me on how they feel,
and with any little anecdotes that are happening in their lives...they
always seem to expect an answer...I may only answer these if I feel an
answer is relevant to the work in hand as I simply don't have the time
to answer all emails every day. I am sure that you will agree that this
would be unreasonable! I do however attend to my emails and answer them
every day during the week, if I am away for some reason in most cases
you will get an answer from Tony my assistant.
Do you
offer any sort of ongoing help Lily ?
Recently
I have been asked this question many times, so now we have a
'Constant Care' package. This will be for clients who wish to
retain my services on up to a yearly basis...this will consist of
answers to all emails through the year...constant advice and back up
(free mini spells) ...and special offers on readings and spells through
the year.
Lily, I
have had such help from you over the past few months, and although the
work is done I feel like you are a friend. Do you mind if I still email
you from time to time?
I have no
problem with this at all my dear! I love to hear how my clients are
getting on...Please feel free to keep in contact when you feel inspired
to do so!
