Silvermoon can accept or refuse your offer to purchase  services from us from our websites, at our discretion. No agreement will exist until we have accepted your payment, and even then, if we feel that we do not wish to continue with the transaction we may fully refund your payment via our payment system ‘RBS WorldPay. Full refunds in the case of dissatisfaction with work services or goods received by the client are given at the discretion of the company. You have a legal right to change your mind about any order within seven days and a full refund will be made. If you are unhappy with your reading we need to know as soon as possible and a full refund will be made. Any Contract between us will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Scottish law will apply and the Scottish courts will have total jurisdiction.
